About Us

Hello,

My name is Kevin A. Lynn and for more than a two decades I have provided honest, objective, and thorough inspection reports. From the first contact with us through the inspection delivery and explanation of your report, you will experience our professionalism.  I have completed many different types of inspections including residential, commercial, well & septic, FHA/VA and bank certifications.

This is where I excel...  I am still young enough and physically fit enough that I venture into attics, onto most roofs, and through areas of the crawl spaces that most other inspectors can't, don't, or have a very hard time doing.  I am average in size and keep fit.  My over three decades of experience in performing inspections and relating the aspects to the client are simply hard to match.  The property is inspected for structural, electrical, HVAC systems and plumbing deficiencies.  I will inform the client of items that are noted.  I provide photos via email with every inspection.  You will understand every item by the time we are finished.

My Qualifications

I am a career inspector for the last 30 years and have been performing inspections since 1987.  My father was a home inspector since the early 1980's and I learned the trade from him, through some college courses and much in continuing education as our industry has evolved so much over the last couple decades.

I am a certified member in good standing with the Internation Association of Certified Inspectors (InterNACHI, a.k.a. NACHI)

I carried a builder's license with Michigan for 19 years and have done many of the repairs typically found at inspections in early years of my career through referrals of my father's, friends, family and many real estate agents.  I have done the smaller repairs up to building large additions, restructuring homes and many aspects in between.  Even built a couple homes with Habitat for Humanity.

I have been trained and certified with Washtenaw County Time of Sale (T.O.S.) Program for well & septic inspections.

IAC2 Certified for mold and radon.
