IAC2 CertifiedI am certified with IAC2 (International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants) for ancillary air quality testing.  Something that I have been performing for many years now.

I had been a licensed builder with Michigan for 19 years and have done many of the repairs typically found at inspections in early years of my career through referrals of my father's, friends, family and many real estate agents.  I have done the smaller repairs up to building large additions, restructuring homes and many aspects in between.  Even help build a couple homes with Habitat for Humanity.

I was trained and certified with Washtenaw County Time of Sale (T.O.S.) Program for well & septic inspections.
